Bill NORTH SHORE SAN DIST-NAME Amends the North Shore Sanitary District Act. Provides that the Board of Trustees of the District shall have the authority to change the name of the District, by ordinance, to the North Shore Water Reclamation District. Provides that all provisions of the Act shall apply to the newly renamed district. Illinois SB 684 (95th) — NORTH SHORE SAN DIST-NAME

Amends the North Shore Sanitary District Act. Provides that the Board of Trustees of the District shall have the authority to change the name of the District, by ordinance, to the North Shore Water Reclamation District. Provides that all provisions of the Act shall apply to the newly renamed district. Increases the maximum compensation for the President of the Board of Trustees of the District to $14,000 (now, $11,000) per year, and increases the maximum compensation for other board members to $11,000 (now, $8,000) per year.
