Illinois SB 76 (95th) — CRIM CD-AGG BATT-TAXI DRIVER

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person commits aggravated battery when he or she commits a battery upon a taxi driver and the battery is committed while the taxi driver is on duty.
