Subject to appropriation, requires the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to award grants to eligible students who are participants in the Clinical Center Achieve Program at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Illinois HB 168 (96th) — HIGHER ED-ACHIEVE PROG-GRANTS
Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act.
