Bill PTELL-DEBT SERVICE EXTENSION Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law in the Property Tax Code. Provides that the debt service extension base must be increased each year by the percentage increase, for the previous calendar year, of the Consumer Price Index. Illinois HB 242 (96th) — PTELL-DEBT SERVICE EXTENSION

Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law in the Property Tax Code. Provides that the debt service extension base must be increased each year by the percentage increase, for the previous calendar year, of the Consumer Price Index. Effective immediately.
