Illinois HB 2440 (96th) — SUNSET-ORTHOTICS PROSTHETICS

Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date for the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2020. Effective immediately.
