Bill FINANCE-CONSERVATION TRANSFERS Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that amounts that were transferred from certain special funds into the FY09 Budget Relief Fund prior to the effective date of the amendatory Act shall be re-transferred. Illinois HB 36 (96th) — FINANCE-CONSERVATION TRANSFERS

Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that amounts that were transferred from certain special funds into the FY09 Budget Relief Fund prior to the effective date of the amendatory Act shall be re-transferred. Limits future transfers from those funds. Effective immediately.
