Bill HFS-DHS-CHILD HLTH PARTNRSHIP Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code, the Community Services Act, and the Community Support Systems Act. Directs the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, to establish a Children's Healthcare Partnership Pilot Program in Sangamon County to fund the provision of various health care services, including family practice, pediatric, nursing (including advanced practice nursing), psychiatric, dental, and vision services, at a single location using a rate structure that is cost-based and similar to the rate structure used in the case of services provided by a Federally Qualified Health Center. Illinois HB 3641 (96th) — HFS-DHS-CHILD HLTH PARTNRSHIP

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code, the Community Services Act, and the Community Support Systems Act.
