| Bill | PUB AID-CROSS-AGENCY MEDICAID | Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Creates the Cross-Agency Medicaid Recoupment Commission, composed of representatives from the departments of Healthcare and Family Services, Human Services, and Children and Family Services and the State Board of Education and representatives of vendors of goods or services to individuals or families who are (i) eligible for medical assistance under the Code or (ii) eligible for other benefits under any other program administered by those agencies. Provides that the Commission shall study ways for the 4 agencies to coordinate their activities and programs to maximize the amount of federal Medicaid matching funds paid to the State for goods and services provided to individuals and families under programs administered by those 4 agencies. Requires the Commission to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2010.
