Bill IDOT LAND CONVEYANCE Amends Public Act 95-631 by correcting part of the legal description. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey described parcels in Jefferson, Madison, Saline, Sangamon, St. Clair, and Tazewell counties. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to release or restore various described easements acquired by the State for highway purposes in DeKalb, Grundy, Ogle, Rock Island, and Woodford counties. Illinois HB 3658 (96th) — IDOT LAND CONVEYANCE

Amends Public Act 95-631 by correcting part of the legal description. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey described parcels in Jefferson, Madison, Saline, Sangamon, St. Clair, and Tazewell counties. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to release or restore various described easements acquired by the State for highway purposes in DeKalb, Grundy, Ogle, Rock Island, and Woodford counties. Effective immediately.
