Bill GREAT LAKES TASK FORCE Amends the Illinois Lake Management Program Act. Amends the Illinois Lake Management Program Act. Creates the Task Force on the Conservation and Quality of the Great Lakes for the protection of the water quality and supply of the Great Lakes. Sets forth the membership, powers, and duties of the Task Force. Effective immediately.
