Illinois HB 3970 (96th) — DPT VET AFF-VETERAN HOME STAFF

Amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Act. Provides that the Department shall employ and maintain sufficient and qualified staff at the veterans' homes to fill all beds. Effective July 1, 2009.
