Bill UTILITIES-EMPLOYEE STAFFING Amends the Public Utilities Act. Illinois HB 4251 (96th) — UTILITIES-EMPLOYEE STAFFING

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that the Illinois Commerce Commission shall develop benchmarks for employee staffing levels for each classification and employee training for each classification by January 1, 2010 (instead of not specifying a date). Effective immediately.
