Illinois HB 4599 (96th) — MANUFACTURING-ENERGY-EXEMPTION
Amends the Gas Use Tax Law. Exempts certain business enterprises designated by Standard Industrial Classification from taxation under the Act. Amends the Gas Revenue Tax Act.
