Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Changes the definition of "by-product material" to include certain sources of radium-266 and 2 other types of radioactive materials. Removes a provision that authorizes the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to establish certain fees and another provision that divides radiation installations into classes. Provides that radiation installations shall be inspected according to frequencies established by the Agency based upon the associated radiation hazards, as determined by the Agency (rather than based upon the classification of those installations).
