Bill WILDLIFE-DEER-ARCHERY PERMITS Amends the Wildlife Code. Requires the Department's rules concerning the issuance of Deer Hunting Permits to provide for the issuance of the following types of resident deer archery permits: (i) a combination permit, consisting of one either-sex permit and one antlerless-only permit, (ii) a single antlerless-only permit, and (iii) a single either-sex permit. Illinois HB 5307 (96th) — WILDLIFE-DEER-ARCHERY PERMITS

Amends the Wildlife Code. Requires the Department's rules concerning the issuance of Deer Hunting Permits to provide for the issuance of the following types of resident deer archery permits: (i) a combination permit, consisting of one either-sex permit and one antlerless-only permit, (ii) a single antlerless-only permit, and (iii) a single either-sex permit. Also makes technical changes. Effective January 1, 2011.
