Provides that the governing board of Paris Cooperative High School shall be included within and be subject to the Article as a participating instrumentality on the effective date of the amendatory Act. Provides that, if the governing board of Paris Cooperative High School is unable to pay the required employer contributions to the fund, then the school districts shall make payment of required contributions. Illinois HB 5511 (96th) — PEN CD-IMRF-PARIS COOP
