Illinois HB 5515 (96th) — SCH CD-INTERFUND TRANSFERS
Amends the School Code. In provisions concerning interfund transfers, includes transfers from the school district's life/safety fund to the Operations and Maintenance Fund, up to the $0.05 levy for local property taxes, for building repair work. Extends the time period during which a school district other than the Chicago school district may transfer moneys from specified funds for any purpose from June 30, 2010 to June 30, 2013.
