Illinois HB 5956 (96th) — LINE OF DUTY-FIREMEN
Amends the Line of Duty Compensation Act. Provides that the person filing a claim for compensation under the Act for a fireman killed in the line of duty shall have access, on a timely basis and in an efficient manner, to all information related to the court's consideration, processing, or adjudication of the claim.
