Bill PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION Amends the Public Building Commission Act. Adds to the powers of a public building commission. Provides that a public building commission has the power to employ and discharge without regard to any Civil Services Act "design-build" experts to carry out the purposes of this Act. Illinois HB 61 (96th) — PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION

Amends the Public Building Commission Act. Adds to the powers of a public building commission. Provides that a public building commission has the power to employ and discharge without regard to any Civil Services Act "design-build" experts to carry out the purposes of this Act.
