Bill MHDD CD-VETERANS-EXEMPTION Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Provides that any veteran who receives services provided by a State mental health facility that are not covered by the veteran's existing insurance plan shall not be liable for any charges as set forth in specified provisions of the Code. Illinois HB 6103 (96th) — MHDD CD-VETERANS-EXEMPTION

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Provides that any veteran who receives services provided by a State mental health facility that are not covered by the veteran's existing insurance plan shall not be liable for any charges as set forth in specified provisions of the Code. Effective July 1, 2010.
