Bill PROP TX-JUDGMENTS Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that all applications for judgment and order of sale for taxes and special assessments on delinquent properties shall be made within 90 days after the second installment due date (instead of during the month of October). Illinois HB 6126 (96th) — PROP TX-JUDGMENTS

Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that all applications for judgment and order of sale for taxes and special assessments on delinquent properties shall be made within 90 days after the second installment due date (instead of during the month of October). Effective immediately.
