Bill CD CORR-SENTENCE REDUCTION Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that when a person on parole or mandatory supervised release is in compliance with all conditions of his or her parole or mandatory supervised release, the person shall receive a reduction of the period of his or her parole or mandatory supervised release of 90 days upon receiving a high school diploma during the period of his or her parole or mandatory supervised release. Provides that an additional 60 days of good conduct credit shall be awarded to any prisoner who receives a high school diploma while the prisoner is incarcerated. Illinois HB 6881 (96th) — CD CORR-SENTENCE REDUCTION

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.
