Bill	DCFS FOSTER CARE PAYMENT RATE	Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Provides that by July 1, 2012, the per child payment rate for various categories of foster care expenditures allowable under federal law shall be up to 100% of the "foster care minimum adequate rates for children", established in a specified October 2007 technical report (now, up to 100% of an adjusted specified federal cost index). Illinois HB 726 (96th) — DCFS FOSTER CARE PAYMENT RATE

Amends the Children and Family Services Act.
