Illinois HB 853 (96th) — VEH CD-IRAQI FREEDOM PLATES
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the issuance of Operation Iraqi Freedom license plates, at an additional initial charge of $15 with eligibility requirements to be determined by the Secretary of State.
