Illinois HB 88 (96th) — LOBBYIST REGISTRATION FEE
Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act. Makes the annual registration fee $150 for any entity qualified under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) (now, $150 for entities qualified under Section 501(c)(3) and $350 for entities qualified under any other provision of Section 501(c)).
