Illinois HB 944 (96th) — SCH CD-FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES
Amends the School Code. Provides that a school district must not be certified by the State Board of Education to be in financial difficulty as a result of the failure of the Comptroller to disburse certain School Code reimbursements for receipt by the school district no later than June 30th of each year.
