Illinois SB 1483 (96th) — MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT-TECH
Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987 to allow a physician licensed to practice medicine in all its branches to delegate the use of a rigid and flexible endoscope to a speech-language pathologist that is licensed under the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Practice Act.
