Bill	PUB HLTH-CNTY CLERK DEATH CERT	Amends the Vital Records Act. Provides that upon the State Registrar's establishment of an electronic reporting system for death registrations, the county clerk in the county in which a death occurred or the county clerk of the county where a decedent last resided shall be authorized to issue certifications of death records from the system and the State Registrar shall cause the system to provide for such capability. Illinois SB 1527 (96th) — PUB HLTH-CNTY CLERK DEATH CERT

Amends the Vital Records Act.
