Illinois SB 1556 (96th) — LOCAL GOVT TORT IMMUNITY-TECH
Amends the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act. Adds to the definition of a "local public entity": an association of school districts, association of school boards, and any not-for-profit association, partnership, or other organization or entity organized for the purpose of conducting public business.
