Bill CHILDREN'S SAVINGS ACCOUNTS Amends the Illinois Children's Savings Accounts Act. Provides that the Children's Savings Account Task Force shall conclude its activities and submit reports by December 31, 2010 (instead of September 1, 2008) and the State Treasurer shall present the reports to the Governor and the General Assembly by February 1, 2011 (instead of November 1, 2008). Illinois SB 1563 (96th) — CHILDREN'S SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

Amends the Illinois Children's Savings Accounts Act. Provides that the Children's Savings Account Task Force shall conclude its activities and submit reports by December 31, 2010 (instead of September 1, 2008) and the State Treasurer shall present the reports to the Governor and the General Assembly by February 1, 2011 (instead of November 1, 2008). Effective immediately.
