Bill DAY LABOR AGENCY-ATTORNEY FEES Amends the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act. Provides that a day and temporary labor service agency may recover attorney's fees and costs in a civil action brought by the day and temporary labor service agency against a third party client for breach of contract by the third party client in relation to services provided by the agency to the third party client if the plaintiff prevails in the lawsuit. Illinois SB 1612 (96th) — DAY LABOR AGENCY-ATTORNEY FEES

Amends the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act. Provides that a day and temporary labor service agency may recover attorney's fees and costs in a civil action brought by the day and temporary labor service agency against a third party client for breach of contract by the third party client in relation to services provided by the agency to the third party client if the plaintiff prevails in the lawsuit. Effective immediately.
