Bill MPEA-BONDS Amends the State Finance Act, the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Illinois SB 1846 (96th) — MPEA-BONDS

Amends the State Finance Act, the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Increases the amount that must be deposited into the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund from certain use and occupation tax proceeds. Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act.
