Illinois SB 2106 (96th) — EMERG WIRELESS TEL-SURCHARGE

Amends the Emergency Telephone System Act. Provides that moneys in the Emergency Telephone System Fund may be used to purchase automatic external defibrillators, subject to certain restrictions. Effective immediately.
