Illinois SB 2129 (96th) — FISH-SHAD AND DRUM-TAKING

Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Authorizes persons to take shad and drum by means of a pitchfork, underwater spear gun, bow and arrow device, spear, or gig. Effective immediately.
