Illinois SB 230 (96th) — CNTY CD-OCCUPATION TX PROCEEDS
Amends the Counties Code concerning the Special County Retailers' Occupation Tax For Public Safety or Transportation. Authorizes counties to share tax proceeds received for public safety purposes, including proceeds received before the effective date of this amendatory Act, with any fire protection district located in the county.
