Provides that if the estimate of the cost for a local improvement exceeds $1,000,000 (now, $200,000), exclusive of the amount to be paid for land to be taken or damaged, the proposed ordinance pertaining to the local improvement shall be (i) published in accordance with the usual procedure or (ii) posted on the municipality's Internet website at least 10 days before the corporate authorities of the municipality take any action on the ordinance. Illinois SB 2614 (96th) — MUNI CD-LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code.
