Bill MUNI ELECTRIC & GAS AGENCIES Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes the Board of Directors of a municipal electric power agency and a municipal natural gas agency to determine and designate in their respective agency's bylaws the titles for the "presiding officers" of the Board of Directors (now, president and vice-president). Provides that the Board of Directors may select the titles for their respective agency's officers, employees, and agents. Illinois SB 264 (96th) — MUNI ELECTRIC & GAS AGENCIES

Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes the Board of Directors of a municipal electric power agency and a municipal natural gas agency to determine and designate in their respective agency's bylaws the titles for the "presiding officers" of the Board of Directors (now, president and vice-president). Provides that the Board of Directors may select the titles for their respective agency's officers, employees, and agents.
