Bill QUICK-TAKE-COUNTRY CLUB HILLS Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Illinois SB 28 (96th) — QUICK-TAKE-COUNTRY CLUB HILLS

Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of 5 years after January 1, 2009 by the City of Country Club Hills for the acquisition of land in the I-57/I-80 Tax Increment Financing District for the purpose of building streets, roadways, or other public infrastructure. Effective immediately.
