Bill PUB AID-FUND DISBURSEMENTS Amends the State Finance Act and the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that disbursements made from the Drug Rebate Fund shall be made for payments for reimbursement (rather than for payments to pharmacies for reimbursement) or coverage for prescription drugs and other pharmacy products provided to a recipient of medical assistance under the Illinois Public Aid Code, the Children's Health Insurance Program Act, the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act, the Veterans' Health Insurance Program Act of 2008, and the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act (rather than to a recipient of medical assistance under the Illinois Public Aid Code or the Children's Health Insurance Program Act). Provides that disbursements made from the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund shall include payments covering administrative expenses. Provides that federal funds received by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for the Child Support Enforcement Program shall be deposited in the Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund or the Child Support Administrative Fund. Expands the scope of the Public Aid Recoveries Trust Fund to include recoveries made by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services in respect to applicants and recipients under the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act and the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act.
