Illinois SB 328 (96th) — RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE
Amends the Illinois Residential Building Code Act. Defines "International Residential Code" as the 2006 International Residential Code for One and Two Family Dwellings published by the International Code Council, without amendment or appendices (rather than the International Residential Code for One and Two Family Dwellings published by the International Code Council, as now or hereafter amended by the Council).
