| Bill | DHFS-MED DENTAL REIMBURSE FUND | Amends the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act and the Illinois Public Aid Code. Creates the Medical Assistance Dental Reimbursement Revolving Fund, to be held by the Director of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, outside of the State Treasury. Provides that the Fund shall contain all funds to pay for dental services provided by enrolled dental service providers for services to participants in the medical programs administered by the Department and any interest accrued by the Fund. Eliminates a provision requiring the Department, in cooperation with the Department of Public Health, to develop and implement a reimbursement methodology for all facilities participating in an alternative health care demonstration program. Eliminates a provision requiring the Department to adopt rules governing reimbursement for resident services provided by skilled nursing and intermediate care facilities. Repeals provisions providing that the Department shall tender payments for exceptional care to skilled nursing and intermediate care facilities only.
