Bill	HWY CD-COUNTY HWY RELOCATIONS	Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that upon completion of the relocated highway and its opening to public travel, the county shall have full authority over the relocated highway and that portion of the original location not incorporated into the new location (rather than requiring that the original location be considered abandoned). Illinois SB 3763 (96th) — HWY CD-COUNTY HWY RELOCATIONS

Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that upon completion of the relocated highway and its opening to public travel, the county shall have full authority over the relocated highway and that portion of the original location not incorporated into the new location (rather than requiring that the original location be considered abandoned).
