Illinois SB 75 (96th) — VEH CD-SCHOOL ZONES-SURCHARGES
Amends provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code setting forth the school safety purposes for which surcharges imposed for certain violations of the special school zone speed limit may be used by school districts.
