Bill METRO WATER RECLAMATION DIST Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Adds to the definition of "construction purposes" alterations, enlargements, and replacements that add appreciably to the value, utility, or useful life of administrative buildings. Authorizes a sanitary district to issue bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness for administrative buildings. Illinois HB 1324 (97th) — METRO WATER RECLAMATION DIST

Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Adds to the definition of "construction purposes" alterations, enlargements, and replacements that add appreciably to the value, utility, or useful life of administrative buildings.
