Illinois HB 1547 (97th) — END DISPARITIES COMMISSION
Creates the Commission to End the Disparities Facing the African-American Community Act. Provides that the Commission shall consist of 24 members. Sets forth the appointment of the members. Provides that, by January 1, 2013 and each January 1 thereafter, the Commission must report to the Governor and General Assembly on the disparities facing African-Americans in the areas of education, healthcare, healthcare services, and employment.
