Bill CNTY-TELECOMMUNICATION-NOTICE Amends the Counties Code. Provides that 30 days prior to the issuance of a building permit for a facility necessitating the erection of a new tower, the permit applicant shall provide written notice of its intent to construct the facility to the State Representative and the State Senator of the district in which the subject facility is to be constructed and a member of the county board of the county in which the subject facility is to be constructed. Illinois HB 156 (97th) — CNTY-TELECOMMUNICATION-NOTICE

Amends the Counties Code. Provides that 30 days prior to the issuance of a building permit for a facility necessitating the erection of a new tower, the permit applicant shall provide written notice of its intent to construct the facility to the State Representative and the State Senator of the district in which the subject facility is to be constructed and a member of the county board of the county in which the subject facility is to be constructed.
