Bill VEH CD-RAIL CARRIERS-1ST AID Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that all passenger trains, engines, and vehicles operated by a contract carrier transporting railroad employees in the course of their employment shall contain a first aid kit that contains, at a minimum, those articles described in the most recent American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z308.1 as recommended by Appendix A to 29 C.F.R. Illinois HB 1573 (97th) — VEH CD-RAIL CARRIERS-1ST AID

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that all passenger trains, engines, and vehicles operated by a contract carrier transporting railroad employees in the course of their employment shall contain a first aid kit that contains, at a minimum, those articles described in the most recent American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z308.1 as recommended by Appendix A to 29 C.F.R. Section 1910.151, for first aid to persons who may be injured.
