Bill WILDLIFE-PERMITS FOR CROSSBOW Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that a person applying for a crossbow permit to hunt deer must (rather than will) be issued a permit by the Director after the receipt of a physician's statement confirming the applicant is handicapped. Illinois HB 1602 (97th) — WILDLIFE-PERMITS FOR CROSSBOW

Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that a person applying for a crossbow permit to hunt deer must (rather than will) be issued a permit by the Director after the receipt of a physician's statement confirming the applicant is handicapped. Effective immediately.
