Bill CHILD CARE-PERTUSSIS INFO Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that the benefits of immunization against influenza for children 6 months and older and information on pertussis shall be published on the Department's website. Provides that information on the Department of Children and Family Services website for influenza and pertussis shall include the incidence and severity of the diseases, the availability of vaccines, and the importance of immunizing persons against pertussis who frequently have close contact with children. Illinois HB 1707 (97th) — CHILD CARE-PERTUSSIS INFO

Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that the benefits of immunization against influenza for children 6 months and older and information on pertussis shall be published on the Department's website. Provides that information on the Department of Children and Family Services website for influenza and pertussis shall include the incidence and severity of the diseases, the availability of vaccines, and the importance of immunizing persons against pertussis who frequently have close contact with children. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
