Bill PROCURE-LT GOV CONTRIBUTION Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that, for the purposes of a Section concerning political contributions to constitutional officers, any contribution made to the Lieutenant Governor shall be considered as having been made to the Governor. Illinois HB 3158 (97th) — PROCURE-LT GOV CONTRIBUTION

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that, for the purposes of a Section concerning political contributions to constitutional officers, any contribution made to the Lieutenant Governor shall be considered as having been made to the Governor. Effective immediately.
